Bourton is the iconic men's country shoe. These shoes are a piece of Northampton's footwear history, yet today they are the go-to shoes for men around the world. The Bourton is unmistakable: a heavy derby shoe that carries the brogue detail synonymous with true country shoes. A half gusseted tongue is folded and attached to the shoe to provide a watertight seal and the storm welt provides an additional waterproof seal between the shoe upper and sole.

This edition

Although traditionally a country shoe, the ultra-flexible sole is used for this edition to provide versatility. The Ultra-flex range has unlined uppers combined with unique leather sole soles to provide flexible, slipper-like comfort, but without any compromise in quality or durability. Perfect to wear without socks on hot days, evenings and on country roads.

This Castorino suede is the perfect leather to bring quality to these shoes. Castorino suede is light, supple and luxurious. The tone of blue is perfect for spring; sumptuous but muted.

Each pair of Tricker's is handcrafted in the Northampton factory in England by artisans and women using traditional methods and to the same rigorous standards that first established our reputation. There are 260 processes used to create each pair from start to finish.
