RETURN & EXCHANGE
For any reason, the product can be returned for a refund or for a size and color change within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
The items that are returned must not have any imperfections, must be in the same condition in which they were sent, packed with the original packaging and with the disposable seal still attached. It is possible to return unused items within 14 days from the delivery date, after having written and received confirmation from firstname.lastname@example.org

1.CHANGE SIZE OR COLOR
For customs reasons please note that i you change are only possible for iCountries belonging to the European Union. Items can be changed when a different size or a different color of the same item number is available. Exchanges for different article numbers are currently not available. The new item will be shipped as soon as we have received the item to be replaced. However, we can only exchange non-defective items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. The goods must be returned in a single package. All our exchange shipments are made with the same service as the original delivery (DHL EXPRESS). We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns sent at different times than an order. The cost of the returned products will be refunded but not the cost of the original shipment, if any. As soon as the returned items are checked and accepted, the refund will be made. If the customer paid by credit card, the amount is normally available within 10 days from the date of the refund and will be visible on the account statement; processing time may change depending on the credit card company. In the event that the Customer has paid by bank transfer, the sum will be refunded to the original account. Refunds will be made in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference in the amount refunded depends on changes in the exchange rate and will therefore not be refunded.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Hubert Humangoods customers need to be able to buy the products they want with confidence. If customers are dissatisfied with the order for any reason, they have the option of returning unused merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items can only be returned for the following reasons: refund, size change, color change.
Customers must follow the OFFICIAL RETURN POLICY OF HUBERTHUMANGOODS.COM as described below:
-Return items must not be worn or altered or washed and any signs of wear are not accepted. The soles of the shoes must not show imperfections and must in any case be in perfect condition.
- Return items must have all the original tags, any original packaging received with the order and all other accessories (hangers, clothing covers, envelopes, etc.). In case the items to be returned are shoes and other accessories, the items must be re-sent with their original boxes, which must not be altered, used or damaged like the outer packaging of the shipment.

Returns of items that do not comply with the above will not be accepted.
There is a maximum of 1 return request per order (with which it is possible to request the operation for more than one product).

HUBERTHUMANGOODS.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and / or not sent according to the return policy explained in the additional sections and in the email with the return instructions. In the case of unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with the required standards, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. If an unauthorized return is accepted, HUBERTHUMANGOODS.COM will make a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods. HUBERTHUMANGOODS.COM also reserves the right to request photographic evidence for those returns concerning the defective goods before authorizing the return and paying the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its offices. In the event of defective goods or shipping errors, HUBERTHUMANGOODS.COM will pay for the return shipment at no cost to the customer or will refund the costs incurred. HUBERTHUMANGOODS.COM will not accept items already washed, worn or altered for any reason. HUBERTHUMANGOODS.COM reserves the right to inspect the returned goods and evaluate the refund based on the state of the returned goods.
